oa degraded after firmware update
Hello,
I've been updating C7000 blades chassis from 3.30 to version 3.32.
Done this 2 times with no problem.
Upgrading the third one gives some errors. It is the standby oa that reports an degraded error.
The oa is not reachable any more and on the back the power led is on.
Pulling out the oa and back in didn't work.
I've been searching the forum but couldn't fined a proper solution.
Can somebody help me?

Re: oa degraded after firmware update
From the Active OA can you see Passive OA at all? I'm not sure but if you see the Passive OA in the Active OA's firmware update menu maybe you could force the installation on the passive OA if there is a missmatch.
If no other way out you can do a Flash Disaster Recovery on the OA. Search for it in this PDF.

Re: oa degraded after firmware update
When I logged in on the active OA I can't see the standby oa.
I've put the failed oa in an other C7000 chassis, but there also I can't see the failed oa.
So I think there is no other way than flashing the failed oa with the null-modem cable.
