onboard administrator directory groups

i am not having any luck setting up directory groups to login using domain credentials. I have setup the directory group using the distinguished name and have appropriate directory settings, per the "Onboard Administrator Guide".

But every time I try to login with a Domain account it keeps throwing a "LDAP: authentication failure; for authenticate_user service, not a member of any configured group" error. I recently upgraded to FW ver 1.30 on the OA.

Any ideas?
