pass-through connection faild

Hello my friends
I have two pass-through module on enclosure c7000 and with 16 blade server 460c on this enclosure.
When i pluging cables from pass-through modules to cisco switch, this connection not linked.But when connecting to HP switch is pluged.
Please help me.

Make sure the Cisco switch ports you are connecting to are gigabit. The pass-through modules are for Gb only.
