script for shutdown server,san storage.
Hi all,
Are any scripts available for automatic shutdown if temperature of blade crosses the threshold value.
Blades will power off at temperature crosses 36’ C. It is already there but I want to decrease the temperature threshold.
Is any way? Or can we schedule shell script for this?
We are having BL860 with c7000 enclosure.
O.S.: HP-UX.
Is it possible to shutdown SMA Server(windows 2003) and EVA(san storage) via same script?
Regards,
Sandeep.

Re: script for shutdown server, san storage.
You may use the shutdown command in SSSU.

Re: script for shutdown server, san storage.
I'm quite sure the BL860c will shutdown automatically by itself just like all the other Integrity servers do in case of overtemp.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
