Looks like there may be a known manufacturing defect in some BladeSystem power supplies.

In a c-class environment (and now giving the dependency of power PIC) every component depend on each other, therefore I recommend moving one by one with the specified revision of iLO.

Do you have access to the servers? Can you downgrade and try a higher version than 2.21 but NOT 2.41?
