HP SmartStart Scripting Tool (SSST) for PSP's and SCCM
David had a customer question:
**************
I have a customer that has the following question around drivers and whether HP has anything in addition to the ProLiant Support Pack (PSP’s) that would work with MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Any feedback would be appreciated as always.
Drivers - We are migrating our server build into MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) which deploys the OS to the server (be it blade or rack mount). I down loaded the HP SSST for PSP's 8.60 and 8.70 and attempted to use the WinPE 3.0 drivers they contain. Mainly the storage (5x/6x or SAS drivers) and network drivers. These did not work so the question was do HP supply a base set of drivers that can be used within SCCM Operating System Deployment (SCCM OSD) as we had to dig drivers out of earlier builds.

Does your customer know that we have Insight Control integration with Microsoft System Center? Here is some information that you can pass along.

Any other suggestions for David??
