OA FW 2.31

I'm trying to get my hands on FW 2.31, but it has been removed from hp.com. Can anyone help with a link? I noticed in the 2.30 text a reference to iLO 1.70 but it hasn't shown up yet - anyone seen it somewhere else?

Sorry to post here, but it seems to be the only place I can. I can't seem to create a discussion. Anyhow, I just loaded 2.60 on top of 2.41 on two enclosures. One upgraded fine, the other is stuck and wont let me log in saying: The Onboard Administrator is initializing. Sign In disabled. Been stuck there for an hour. What can I do, short of yanking the power from the enclosure?
