Onboard Administrator (OA) Serial Port Question

Greg had an OA question:

Is there a way to access serial console on iLO from serial OA port (need TUI )?  Nothing in user guide that I could find.

You can use the ‘connect server x’ cli command from the OA serial port, ssh or telnet.

‘x’ being the bay number you want to connect to.

The iLO Virtual Serial Port is available using the command line interface to the OA.  

Connect to OA using a SSH client.

Connect Server <bay#>  - connects to iLO command line interface

execute “vsp” command to connect to virtual serial port.  This is the serial port console.
