Onboard Administrator is using IP instead of Hostnames
Hi,
I am trying to solve our Certification Issue with the Onboard Administrator. I created an own CA which works perfect for me.
I already created an Cert. for the OA itself which is also working very fine.
Now I am try to do the same for the iLo which is also working but the OA is always connecting to the IP address instead of the Hostname so the Cert. is not accepted because it is issued for the FQDN of the iLO
Is there any way to fix this issue. I am googling the whole day but I wasn't able to find anything except: http://serverfault.com/questions/149146/how-do-I-resolve-certificate-errors-on-HP-blade-center
but this didn't help very much.

Re: Onboard Administrator is using IP instead of Hostnames
Never mind... I just found out that I can disable on the IE within the Internet Options at the Advanced Tab that the IE will check if the name is fitting to the Certification.
Works for my purposes. But it would be great if somebody is coming up with and different idea.
Thanks
