Onboard Administrator not showing Data and Enclosure in HP Systems Insight Manager (HPSIM)
Cristoph had an HPSIM question:
*******************
Hi
I have a customer that has 4 new C7000 enclosures. If I do a discovery in HPSIM I get the OA, all interconnects and all servers but not the “server enclosure and no the rack item.
I found that if I try to read http://[OA_IP_OR_DNS_NAME]/xmldata?item=all all I get is <RIMP> other enclosures at lower Firmware do not show this behavior. Is this a problem with OA firmware 3.21?
Greeting

Monty suggested:

First check whether XML Reply is enabled on that OA. It sounds like it is disabled on that enclosure.

Any other suggestions?
