Oonboard Administrator (OA) Email Alert

Naresh needed some guidance:

Can we configure more than one mail id in Onboard Administrator to get OA Alerts.

Only 1 email address can be entered to receive an OA alert.

Nick: 

I don’t know if you can add multiple addresses, but what if you entered a group email address?  

Monty: 

A group email address should work – the OA can only be configured with a single email address.  The test alertmail function will allow that address to be tested with a test alertmail.

I have Onboard Administrator with Exchange Server 2010.

I am able to get alerts with just an single Email Address (Myself)  but when I put in a Distribution Group Email address it will not send out an Email.

Any Ideas why?

The Exchange Admin helped me find the problem. The distribution group had a setting  Emails sent must be from authenticated users check. Once we unchecked it I was able to send alerts to group from the O.A.
