Replacing my first OA today!

I'll be replacing an OA today...The active OA is currently up to date on Firmware...2.2 Should I just plug-in the new OA and have the enclosure find it, then try to update the firmware?...

That is the correct process. Install the new Standby OA, check the firmware version it has, and update if necessary. OA v2.20 has a new "Synchronize Firmware" feature (page 99 of User Guide below) that can be used to update the Standby OA (as long as it has at least v2.10). http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00705292/c00705292.pdf

I had the display on a C7000 go bad today...I was surprised...Anyone seen that yet?

I've not seen one die yet, I should know this but was it replaceable without taking down the enclosure? Phil.
