Retrieving Insight Control Enterprise(ICE) License
Michael had a customer that lost their ICE license:

Does anyone know how to reacquire lost ICE license for the c7000? Customer somehow lost them and needs to find a way to get them back.

Here is the process I have used in the past.
If a customer has lost their activation keys, you need to send an eMail to to entitlement.support@hp.com with the information below and ask for a replacement
- proof of purchase (HP order number (SOR)
- the quantity ordered,
- the part number ordered and
- the quantity missing.
