Additional input from Tim:

C-Class enclosure Onboard Administrator supports traps which are not listed in the documents below.

Onboard Administrator User Guide contains a list of available traps from OA. Pg 263.

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/CoreRedirect.jsp?redirectReason=DocIndexPDF&prodSeriesId=1844065&targetPage=http%3A%2F%2Fbizsupport2.austin.hp.com%2Fbc%2Fdocs%2Fsupport%2FSupportManual%2Fc00705292%2Fc00705292.pdf

Additional details for each OA trap can be found in the CPQRack.mib which I attached for  your convenience.

Latest mib kits can be found here: http://h18013.www1.hp.com/products/servers/management/hpsim/mibkit.html
