Hello all,


I used to know this process but lost track with new changes.     I am sure some of you remember the right procedure for customer to request duplicate iLO License on ML/DL Proliant?




There were a number of people providing info but Robert had the correct answer:




If a customer has lost their activation keys, you need to send an eMail to to with the information below and ask for a replacement

* proof of purchase (HP order number (SOR)
* the quantity ordered,
* the part number ordered and
* the quantity missing.




That's what Hoa was looking for.
