Best Zonning practise between blade c7000 brocade & Rack SAN SW & 3par

Hello

If I have a blade enclosure c700 with two blade san sws embeded and two rack mount brocade san sw and one 3par with 2 controller

 the cabling between the embeded san sw brocade and rack mount brocade and 3par as specified in above diagrame Then I have the following questions:

Is that the best cabling to do ? or this is not best practice?

what is senarios to do zoning for the specifed diagrame?what is the adv. and disadv. of each senario?

What is the best practise for zonning?

If I want to make all san switches work as one switch mean it will be one fabric then how to do so?
