HP 1:10 Gb Ethernet Blade Switch We cannot access the switch, we did a reset to factory default.

Hi all:
 
We have a HP 1:10 Gb Ethernet Blade Switch connected to our C7000 Enclosure.
We are not able to access the switch, we did a reset to factory default, after that we lost connection.
What we have tried:
 
1. By using OA were are not able to set IP using the EBIPA. OA is not assigning IP, or the switch is not able to get it.
2. We are not able to access via console (following User Guide steps).
 
Any idea what could be the issue?

Please refer HP 1:10Gb Ethernet BL-c Switch User Guide and follow the steps mentioned under Troubleshooting section with regards to “cannot connect to the switch console interface” and if still issue continued, later log a ticket with HPE support team for further assistance.

We have followed the guide but it doesn't help any step to connect via console, we also changed usb serial cable.
