HP Blade Switch 6120XG CPU utilization

Hello,

We have two 10Gb HP Blade Switch 6120XG and two 1Gb 6120G/XG switches in a c3000 chassis. Every 41 hours each switch will experience a higher than usual CPU utilization (40-50%).
"show cpu" will display:

We are sure that network traffic is not the issue, because regardless of spike occurring or not, network traffic on switches is the same. Plus re-sitting OA card was the only action that affected spikes occurrence. Nothing else affected timings of the spikes (every 41 hours) in the past and following was done:

firmware update, replace a switch, restart a switch.

What could be the cause of the increased CPU utilization? What are those tasks with high CPU usage responsible for?
