HPE > Juniper EX4300 (aggregate)

I'm new to the HPE world (HPE c3000) and I've just configured the shared links and I'm getting both links showing linked-standby.  On the juniper, I see that the network is up but why is the HPE in linked-standby - how do I get this to active-active?

Can you just start with one link only to see is active come up ?
