Hardware configuratin for Xenserver

We have 7 BL460-G7 Servers on C7000 chasis and all servers connect through VC. 5 installed with Windows Server 2008 R2 while 2 installed with XenServer 6.2. All servers are on Server-subnet.

 

We have File-Servers (NetApp vFilers) on the Storage-subnet. However the Xenserver-host and its VMs are having problem connecting to these File-Servers on the storage-subnet. The Windows-Servers do not have any problem.

 

Is there any special configuration required on the Hardware for the Xenserver.
