Shinji,

I have just run through the Cisco Feature Navigator (www.cisco.com/go/fn). Here you can find the supported features per Cisco platform.

Just select "search by software", then Platform "CBS3020", Release 12.2(55)SE or what the customer runs. Then you see a list of supported features and there you will find that IPv6 dual stack should be supported.

The OA v3.00 introduced Onboard Administrator (OA) support of IPv6, but that support did not include any server blade or interconnect module IPv6 addressing.
