Support problems for the HP 6120XG

Has anybody else run into the support nightmare of trying to get phone support for a 6120XG? When I call in for support for my Procurve switches, I always talk to the Procurve switching guys. Because they can troubleshoot the switches and understand how a network works. BUT they wont support this switch and always route my calls to the Blade System support group. They are nice people but they have NO CLUE about these switches. After spending 30 minutes geting Show System All, Firmware and Driver versions, they finally transfer me to the Procurve guys. Then the Procurve guys think that this is a Cisco switch and also do not understand that there are no cables to connect from the servers to the switch (because it is a backplane). This is really unacceptable for an expensive enterprise product.
