Upgrade Firmware on 1GB Ethernet and 4GB Fiber Pass-Thrus

Brian had a firmware upgrade question:

I have a customer that has both 1GB Ethernet and 4GB Fiber Pass-Thru’s and they would like to update the firmware on the modules.  I know that the Pass-Thru firmware is contained in the OA firmware and I found the commands to give them, but they would like to see an official upgrade document, if available.  Does anybody have a PDF or some other document that describes the upgrade procedure?
