BL460 Gen9 Ilo is not initialized, erorr 401

BL460 Gen9 Ilo is not initialized, erorr 401

When connecting the blade to the rack, it tries to determine for a very long time, then error 401 Ilo pops out

On the control console, the error description says that it is impossible to determine Ilo
Discard Blade or Drop Ilo

And how to do this if the blade does not have access?

Reset the server from OA CLI command reset server X where X is the bay number of the server 

Physically remove and refix the server 

Update the ILO firmware to version 2.61

if still same issue then log the HPE standard case to look into the issue
