BL460c G1 blades and NC325M Quad-Port Nics
I have 4 blades that I plan to attach to an iscsi san for vmware infrastructure. Each blad currently has a 326m (dual-port NIC) in mezzanine slot 2. I want to add to each blade a NC325M quad-port nic but I understand that if these are placed in mezzanine slot 1 then only two ports are active. My question is, if I move the dual-port nic cards to slot 1 and install the NC435M quad-port nics in mezzanine slot 2, will all 4 ports on the nic be available?
Thanks,
DG

Yes, as long as you fill all the corresponding I/O module slots with networking modules

Yes, I have the requisite pass-through networking modules installed.
Thanks!
