Please advise for Intel X5670 which is the version of rhel that will have the processor enhancement and numa support it.

5.4 or 5.5?

RHEL 5.4 supports X5670, including NUMA.   I’m not sure if NUMA is enabled by default.

By “processor enhancement” do you mean the new AES-NI instructions?
