BL685c G7 improve performance

I have a blade BL685c G7 running W2k8 R2. I want to confgure the server for best performance.

Is it adviceable to change the following BIOS setting to improve performance? (The average CPU utilization is only around 5 percent.)

 

Power Management Options > HP Power Profile

change from "Balanced Power and Performance (Default)" to  "Maximum Performance"

That is a best practice for best performance.
