Bl460c G9, B140i RAID controller not recognising 400G, NVMe drives, only 64Gig.

Hi,

In the end we want to load RHEL6.6 x64 onto a BL460cG9 server, onto these 2x 400gig disks in it's entirity. (RAID 1).

When configuring the RAID array via the HP Dynamic Smart array controller (B140i) to be RAID 1, it only seems to recognise 2x 64Gig drives before the logical drive creation. But they are actually 2x 400G NVMe drives. Why is this so ?

I have actually installed RHEL 6.6 x64 onto these 2x 64gig drives via a HPDSA 1.2.x driver on bootsucessfully but wondering why we cant see the entire disk (400G) via the internal RAID controller GUI. Any ideas ?
FYI - We are loading the OS onto these via a net boot UEFI sucessfully at present, but only needed for the install. Also have applied the latest SPP (late 2016) previously, F/W olny.
Thanks
Adrian

Update: Sorry I have this in the wrong forum.
The 2x 64g drives are actually M.2 driver internal to the blade. More of a question, tha the 2x 400G SSD's dont seem to be connected to the B140i RAID controller. Is there a additional cabling kit for this ?

Thanks

I know the M.2 kit uses the B140i controller.  I see in the Quickspecs, there is an NVME FIO option, FIO stands for Factory Installed Option. I don't see this option avalable as a user installable part.  In the maintainance and service guide, I see a listing for an NVME pass-through board.  Not being familiar with this system, you may need to call support.
