Connectivity issues - BL460c G9 - ESXi5.5

hi all

running 5x BL460c Gen9 as ESXi5.5 hosts. Current running Firmware 2.30.

One of the blades is showing an issue "Lost connectivity to the device mpx.vmhba32:C0:T0:L0 backing the boot filesystem /vmfs/devices/disks/mpx.vmhba32:C0:T0:L0. AS a result, host configuration changes will not be saved to persistent storage".

Checking the host, it is the internal SD card

Vendor:HP  Model: USB RAID LUN   Revis:0015

Upon research on the internet some talk about firmware issues, but looking at the history release I cannot find any new firmware addressing the issue.

Has anyone come across this before? Any recommendations/suggestions?
