HP ILO4 not able to connect
i have c7000 chassis where i have 2 460C G9 server, From whih i able to connect the ILO4 and then Integrated remote console for server1.
But for another server2, I could connect with the remote console of ilo4 without any problem,I connect to the remote console of ilo4 but in the java window after the word "connected", at the bottom left, after a few seconds I see the words "no video", and I can not interact with the system ,
Please suggest, can it be away after the server reboot,
Both server having same firmware: I36 07/15/2016

Hi,
Check if the server is powerred on.
Try integrated remote console.
Do also check the ILO firmware version, try updating it.
reset ILO
clear NVRAM and check.
If still same issue, then log HPE support case to further investigate on the issue.
