Re: HP Smart Array P220i Controller Cache Module Status Failed
What Firmware version (e.g. most updated available Firmware is the 8.00(C) of 25/09/2017) is your HPE Smart Array P220i Controller currently running on?

Re: HP Smart Array P220i Controller Cache Module Status Failed
The firmware version is 5.42, but the second server in the cluster with the same adapter and firmware does not have this error.
Tomorrow we will install the last service pack, but I think this will not solve the problem.

SolutionTotally possible but starting with a device with Firmware in a up-to-date status (once that particular Firmware version is supported by both the OS and relative updated Software Device Driver) for sure will help.
