How to downgrade an SPP firmware that has failed and roll back to previous version successfully
I have been looking for documentation on HPs site in regards to how to successfully downgrade an SPP upgrade that was not successful to a previous version but I couldn't find anything can someone please advise where I would find it?
Thanks,
Pasman

Re: How to downgrade an SPP firmware that has failed and roll back to previous version successfully
Since you updating drivers and firmware with SPP, you should first create a backup.
In an unlikely case of problems with SPP, you can restore the backup (drivers) and install the firmware from an older SPP.
Since 2014.09 is still current, the only way to downgrade is 2014.02 - unsupported soon (when the next SPP arrives).
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
