In logs "server power removed and reset" with no actual power remove or reset.
With 2 ProLiant BL460c Gen8 System ROM I31 09/08/2013

#ILO 4 02/26/2019 05:51 02/26/2019 05:51 1 Power on request received by: Power Button.
#ILO 4 02/26/2019 05:51 02/26/2019 05:51 1 Server reset.
#ILO 4 02/26/2019 05:51 02/26/2019 05:51 1 Server power restored.

Also there is 2 ProLiant BL460c Gen9 I36 07/11/2014
They works just fine, expect one of with during real reboot made it wierd way

Hi,
Please proceed with updating the server firmware as these are in obsolete versions.
Especially the BIOS and iLO versions to the latest versions.

If the issue persists even with the latest firmware versions then I would request you to raise a call with the HPE support.

I have similar issue on ML350 G6 with latest BIOS
Except of "Server power removed" message. I have only " Server power restored." and "Server reset." messages
