Long beeps from bl460c

I am trying bl460c (don't know the generation) out of the rack. I have attached +12v power supply and switched 5th switch in one of the DIPs, as advised here. The main LED turned Green for some time but, after 10 seconds returned back to orange. Then, it started to beep long beeps, about 4 sec every beep with LED flashing between orange and green, 5 sec Orange, 5 sec Green or so. I see nothing through the SUV cable on VGA. What is happening? What does that long beep mean? Another time no beeps produced.
