Mgmt Processor failed in svr bay 1, Reset the blade or reset the ilo2

Hi ,

 

my server is now down and showing the error Mgmt Processor failed in svr bay 1, Reset the blade or reset the ilo2,

 

power itself not showning(not at all booting up)..

 

Please help me ithis problem ,

As a first test you can pull the blade from the enclosure and push it back. Does it work now? is it visible from OA?

i pulled out the server and put it in different slots also ,, still its not working . power button not glowing

If the blade is totally dead you probably need a new system board.
