Missing downloads for P410 controller firmware.
Hello,
Lately when attempting to update firmware for P410i controller on our Windows 2003 servers (x86) we've been having trouble finding the right package.
The download page for P410i controller only offers package version 1.66 for Windows 2003 which is extremely outdated. Same package is listed on the P212 controller download page and similar thing for P812 controller which only offers version 2.74 (B) (these controllers use the same firmware). You can check this on the links below.
P212: http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=3885792&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=1005
P410i: http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=3902577&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=1005
P812: https://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=4103887&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=1005
Most of our Windows 2003 servers already have controller firmware version higher than this up to version 6.00 (B).
We know for sure that these download pages exist. We were able to find the following page through google search before the update to HP downloads site.
On this page you can download the package for P410i controller firmware version 6.00 (B) for Windows 2003. However, there is no way to reach this page through the driver and firmware search for any of the three controllers.
So, the question is: Why are only these old firmware packages available for download while newer and latest packages are unlisted and their download pages are unreachable through HP support site?

Re: Missing downloads for P410 controller firmware.
Version 6.60 is here:
http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=3885794&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4103
I searched some minutes ago for another controller.
Same here, if you search for P410:
http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=3883933&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4064
I assume since Win2003 is out of support, this page isn't updated, try win 2008.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
