New System ROM for Certain ProLiant Platforms - New Bios for BL460c G6
Al had a G6 BIOS question:
********************
We are looking to put the new ROM Bios for the BL460c G6 (SP53709.exe – Version 2011.05.05 – 6 July 2011) into the 9.30 Firmware Release bundle.
The file SP53709.exe permits you to make a USB Key, ROMPAQ CD, and ROMPaq files. The ROMPaq file CPQI2402.6A5 is not the right format to put into the /hp/swpackages directory on the 9.30 firmware Release iso. Is there a file that I can insert into the /hp/swpackages directory on the iso?

Eirik had a solution:

What I do :
Select random Linux distro, find System Rom, Click obtain software.
This gives you a SCEXE-file which is linux-executable.

Do you have any other methods that you use? Let us know.
