Newest available Firmware for BL460c Gen1

Hey guys,

I'm currently looking for the newest Firmware (iso) for a BL460c Gen1 Server.

Do you have any idea where to find a download or at least a table with supported versions?

P.S. This thread has been moved from ProLiant Servers (ML,DL,SL) to HP BladeSystem Server Bladess. - Hp forum Moderator

Re: Newest available Firmware for BL460c Gen1

Hi, thanks a lot for your quick response!

I already found this download page, is there no newer supported version than 8.30(from 5 years ago)?

I had a 9.* or a 10.* in mind, do you know if there is a compatibility-problem with these versions?

For G1 server, the  HP ProLiant Support Pack (PSP) is below.  Please click on the link under Software - Support Pack (1) after selecting the correct operating system installed.

If not you can try insatlling the SPP (Proliant Support Pack (PSP) was replaced by Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP)) and installing using Interactive mode. (This will show the firmware for available components)

It has the supported and tested versions.

You can find it here
