Proliant BL 460c Gen9 blade server, C3000 chasis, HP VC Flex-10/10D Module

trying to connect my Gen9 blade server thru my HP VC Flex-10/10D module to my SAN network. I have loaded HP Converged Netwok Utility and am able to ping my target portal successfully, but  when i go to add it i receive "failed to add the portal" message.

 

any help would be greatly appreciated
