Slow CX4 connection on Flex10

Hi guys,

I have two c7000 chassis with 2 flex10 per chassis connected via CX4.

( enc0, Bay 1, Port X1 -> enc1, Bay1, Port X1 )
( enc0, Bay 2, Port X1 -> enc1, Bay2, Port X1 )

Communication over internal private network (eth0) is very slow and unreliable and eventually leads to stall of data transfer.

Stacking link screen attached.

Hoping someone can advise on where to look for the problem.
