Unidirectional packet loss
Hello,
We just installed a new c7000 chasis filled with HPE ProLiant BL460c Gen10 Server Blade. We have configured VC FLex 10/10d (initially 4.5.0 firmware) and uplinking to ToR switch HP A5820X. From blade01 we can ping servers far beyond the HP A5820X.
but,
initially we could ping blade01 from either HP A5820X or servers beyond. After a littile while there will be packet loss and completely outage after say 20 hours. I read in the internet updating VC Flex 10/10d to version 4.6.2 will do the trick, actually it did but not for more than about 15 hours.
Constatly blade01 can ping both gateway and far end servers but it cant be reach. I retried to install another blade03 with another operating system same behavior.
Anyone out there seen some like this?

Re: Unidirectional packet loss
Hello,
We need to review the VC logs (suport dump and VC showall*) and check what is preventing. Please get a support ticket logs with HPE, will surely share the findings.
Thanks,

Re: Unidirectional packet loss
Thank you Suvamay,
I will do that. I will as well come back to share their findings.
