can't boot hp service pack for proliant to Update New Firmware (HP Proliant BL460c Gen8)
Hello Guys,
We tried to upgrade the Firmware on HP Proliant Bl460c gen8 last night, but the SPP image could not boot on the blade
The image would start booting and then hang as shown below:
he current versions of FW for this iOMS blade are as below - BIOS version I31 12/20/2013
and the new SPP image files --> 843216_001_spp_2015.10.0-SPP2015100.2015_0921.6.iso (2015/10/0)
Can someone help me to solve this issue ?
Best Regards,
Zainal Muttaqien

Re: can't boot hp service pack for proliant to Update New Firmware (HP Proliant BL460c Gen8)
The screenshot is missing.
However, did you compare MD5 of the image?
Did you use the USK key utikity version 2.1 or older?
Current SPP is 2016.04.
Other older SPP will be obsolete and unsupported soon.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
