About disks
Hi all,
Someone is known the performance of the following drive models: HP SAS 1.2TB 10k EG1200JEMDA vs HPE 1.8TB SAS 10k eg001800jwjnr ?
Has anyone tested these models?

Re: About disks
Hi
You can get some of the performance info here - https://h20195.www2.hpe.com/v2/getpdf.aspx/a00001287enw.pdf
Looks like the 1.8TB might perform slightly better

Re: About disks
HI StorageMike,
Thank You for your help.
HP SAS 1.2TB 10k EG1200JEMDA using on msa2040 and HPE 1.8TB SAS 10k eg001800jwjnr using on msa2050.
Perhaps the performance of disks is affected by the fact that the models are used on different storage systems. For example, is there better bandwidth on the msa2050?
Thanks.

Re: About disks
Hi
The MSA 2050 is a slightly higher spec array, it has twice the cache (8GB Per Controller) and has better performance.
The quickspecs for the two arrays shows the difference
