Controller HP P822 with Intel S2600CW2
Hello,
I have a problem when installing the HP P822 SAS RAID controller with an Intel S2600CW2 server motherboard.
The firmware on the motherboard and HP controller is up to date.
When the server starts, the HP controller bios initializes and then just after that I have a black screen. The bios is blocked at this place!
If I remove the controller's memory (2GB) the bios works correctly, but the controller doesn't work because there is no more memory cache.
I tried with two different controllers always the same problem.
This works very well with a standard workstation motherboard. Not necessarily HP brand.
The card is inserted into a 16x slot. I tried to force the tracks in 8x but it doesn't work.
Do you have a solution for me?
In advance I thank you for your help:-)
Best regards.

Re: Controller HP P822 with Intel S2600CW2
Hi Swae,
We dont have sufficient information about the model of the server and hence we will not be able to provide a solution. Based on the server, please check the compatibility with the server.
