Dual path issue in blade

We are facing dual path issue to the SAN in couple of servers of a BL360c blade enclosure.Only one path is visible and other path is dead. The other servers in the same enclosure were able to both the paths.SAN team has said it not an issue from their end. From the OA GUI I could see connection of all HBA cards of these servers to the VC-FC are in OK(green). Please help in identifying the issue here

The server is having HPUX 11.23 OS.

IOSCAN -fnC fc says all devices in claimed state.fcmsutil shows only /dev/fcd3 as online, others are in awaiting_linkup state.

Re: Dual path issue in blade

Is it a BL860c???

I would first check the VC configuration, then the presentation settings of the array. Make sure switch zoning is OK!

Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Dual path issue in blade

Sorry, yes it is BL860C.Following output from OA shows the hba connections are OK.Eventhough the connections OK I am not sure how the link state of the hba is not online. This is making me suspect the server.
