OS installation in Gen10 Server

We've a new Gen10 hardware in our enviornment and we're trying to install the Windows Server 2016 OS in server through SAN, but are unable to install.

Storage adapter is always becomes disabled whenever we enable it from Boot Setttings and there's failure when trying to install the OS

Is this a blade server or a standalone server.
If it is a blade server then please doublecheck the profile.
If it is a blade or a standalone server, is the host WWN seen in the fabric?
Are you able to zone the ports?
Are both the ports enabled for boot?
If yes, please disable boot on one port prior to OS installation and enable it back on after OS installation.
Check if you are able to install a different OS such as ESXi.

If still facing difficulties please raise a case with the HPE technical support teams.

Are you able to zone the ports? Yes
Are both the ports enabled for boot? Yes
If yes, please disable boot on one port prior to OS installation and enable it back on after OS installation.
Check if you are able to install a different OS such as ESXi - Same issue with 2012 R2 as well

Suggest to please log a case with HPE support teams to check why storage adapter is getting disabled.
