Problem on FC switch HP B-series 8/12c SAN Switch BladeSystem c-Class
Greetings everyone.
I have HP blade c3000 enclosure with 2 HP B-series 8/12c SAN Switch BladeSystem c-Class FC switches. Two switches are connected to HP 2312 FC G2 storage. Inside Blade enclosure some blade servers have FC HBA mezazzine cards connected to SAN. Also I have two DL380G6 servers connected with HP StorageWorks FC1242SR 4Gb PCI-Express HBA to SAN.
On one SFP port I noticed amber light. On the other side of fiber channel cable I have HP DL380 G6 connected with HP StorageWorks FC1242SR 4Gb PCI-Express HBA. LED status on one of ports on other side are flashing yellow, green and amber constantly.
Looking on MPIO properties of my server, only one channel is active.
IML logs on server doesn't show any errors.
Blade c3000 insight display is green, no errors found, also OnBoard administrator doesn't show anything.
How to approach with this problem and how to diagnose problem?

Re: Problem on FC switch HP B-series 8/12c SAN Switch BladeSystem c-Class
I solved issue with replacing failed SFP module with spare one.
