Active/Active Shared Uplink Set: Disparate switches & Multiple LACP Groups

Anybody know if it's possible to uplink 40Gbps active/active in the following with a single Flex10 module and a single shared uplink set to disparate switches? The cookbook only really talks about doing a 2 uplinks to the same switch, so I'm not sure if this is a supported config. The LAG IDs are made up to help prove what I'm trying to accomplish. 

 

SUS1

Enclosure1:Bay1:Port X1 (uplinked to switch A, LAG 20)

Enclosure1:Bay1:Port X2 (uplinked to switch A, LAG 20) 

Enclosure1:Bay1:Port X3 (uplinked to switch B, LAG 21)

Enclosure1:Bay1:Port X4 (uplinked to switch B, LAG 21)

 

SUS2

Enclosure1:Bay2:Port X1 (uplinked to switch A, LAG 22)

Enclosure1:Bay2:Port X2 (uplinked to switch A, LAG 22)

Enclosure1:Bay2:Port X3 (uplinked to switch B, LAG 23)

Enclosure1:Bay2:Port X4  (uplinked to switch B, LAG 23)

You cannot terminate uplinks from the same SUS to different switches, unless they are logically combined and present themselves as a single switch (e.g. Cisco Nexus vPC, HPN IRF).

 

All LAG IDs in the LACP signalling must be the same for VC to attempt to add a member to a LAG.
