Adding another

I'm looking for direction or detailed HP documentation on adding another enclosure to a c7000 / VC domain. Our environment is all Flex-10 in bay 1 and 2 of each enclosure with VC Firmware 2.31. We are currently using the CX4 stacking cables and would like to know should we connect the stacking cables before or after the enclosure import.
