Any recommendation regarding issue with HP Flex-10 10Gb 2-port 530FLB adapter installed in Bl460c gen8 server using RHEL 5.7 but same machines have no issues on W2K8.

Looks like RHEL is trying to load a 3c501 driver which has nothing to do with the actual hardware in the server. Download and install the latest Broadcom bnx2x driver from hp.com, and make sure the firmware is up to date as well.
